Mirroring the Raw Data

Command:

Tools > Process Raw Data > Mirror Along Axes > ...

Sometimes data directly obtained from instruments have to be mirrored along one or several axes. Epina ImageLab allows to reflect the raw data cube along any of the four axes by choosing "Tools>Process Raw Data>Mirror along Axes". You can undo the action by applying the same mirror command a second time.

Hint:

Please note that the mirroring affects the raw data only. Existing derived images or background photos used by the image stack are not mirrored. Thus we recommend to apply the mirroring tool only as a very early preprocessing step (i.e. when you prepare your measured data for further processing and before you calculate any chemical images).
