Epina ImageLab records any errors during image processing in an error log file which can be displayed by using the command Help>Display Error Log. By default the error log file contains a maximum of 200 entries. If the log file exceeds this limit, the oldest entries are automatically discarded.
The error log file is primarily intended as an aid for the support team in the case you need help with Epina ImageLab. If you need support please copy the error log into a text file (via "Copy to Clipboard") and send it to helpdesk@epina.at (together with other information which might be necessary to solve your problem). |
