Applying a PLS/DA Model

Command: Image Analysis > Classification > PLS Discriminant Analysis > Application

The PLS/DA application tool allows to apply an PLS/DA classifier (which has been created by the PLS/DA training tool) to the currently loaded data.

How To:
  1. Load the trained classifier by clicking the "Load PLS/DA Model" button.
  2. Select the class to displayed.
  3. Optionally tick the "Bin" checkbox. This converts the classified image into a binary image.
  4. Copy the results of the classification either to the 2D Imager or to the Image Stack.
