Conrols the size of the mini clusters of reduced datasets. The property may take values between 0 and 100 and specifies the percentage of precombined spectra. The higher the value of PercMinDist the faster the dendrogram can be calculated, however, the less becomes the cluster resolution of the HCA.
Hint:
PercMinDist has no effect if UseReducedData is set to FALSE.
