Export ASC/DataLab

Command: File > Export Data > Raw Data > Spectra of Pixels (ASC Format)...

This command allows to export the raw data in the ASC format, a format which can be readily imported by DataLab.

How To:
  1. If you do not want to export pixels of a particular mask select this mask.
  2. Tick off "Include Wavelength/Property Information" in order to export the wavelength/mass/layer property as well. The wavelength will be appended to the exported data matrix as the last row of the matrix.
  3. Choose the export ranges. "First" and "Last" specify the range inside a dimension.
  4. Click the "Export" button to open the export dialog and store the exported data.

The data in the 2-dimensional ASC file is stored pixel-wise. Each row of the ASC grid represents one pixel, the columns of the ASC grid are the selected layer values (bands), see figure below. Masked pixels are not included in the exported matrix. If the option "Include Wavelength/Property Information" has been ticked off the last row contains the corresponding wavelengths/masses.
