Applying a PLS Regression Model

Command: Image Analysis > Quantifcation > PLS Regression Model > Application

The PLS regression application tool allows you to apply a PLS model (which has been created by the PLS regression tool) to the currently loaded data. The estimated data are display as an image and can be exported as a numeric matrix by clikcing the "Export Results" button. The numeric data can exported as CSV format (typically loaded by common spreadsheet programs), as ASC format (compatible to DataLab) or as plain text file.

How To:
  1. Load the regression model by clicking the "Load PLS Model" button.
  2. Optionally select a mask to prevent certain pixels from being included in the calculation.
  3. Copy the results either to the 2D Imager or to the Image Stack or export them by clicking the "Export Results" button.
