CheckMarksReadOnly

Declaration:	ChartBook.Tables[].CheckMarksReadOnly: boolean;
The property CheckMarksReadOnly determines whether any check marks are readonly or can be set by the user. If CheckMarksReadOnly is TRUE, the checked elements are indicated by check marks (instead of a check boxes) and cannot be changed by the user.
